Disc GolfArt & Design Projects
I started playing disc golf in 2018 and quickly fell in love with both the game and the community around it. I became involved with the Nanaimo Disc Golf Club Board as the Treasurer, helping support the club’s growth and events. For 4 years, I also had the joy of leading the women’s league, creating a welcoming space for players of all levels to connect and learn how to play. As both an artist and disc golfer, I’ve found a passion in blending the two, bringing creative design into a sport I really enjoy. Here’s a few of the projects I’ve completed.

Disc Golf Art
Paintings
Digital Illustration
Created with the same care and intention as my traditional art: with my own hands, imagination, and decisions, using digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. No AI in my art. Beginning with a sketch or concept I work through layers of color, texture, ponderings and detailing to bring it to life. Always learning, I enjoy the freedom to play.
Each round brings a new experience and memories to take home; with every course offering its own distinct landscapes and unique character, from dense forest tunnel shots to wide open long bombs and top of the world shots spanning aerials. Sunrise, sunsets, rain, snow, glow. No two rounds feel the same, as changing seasons and rotating cardmates paint the scenery with shifting colors and atmosphere. The game becomes as much about the surrounding nature and people, as the sport itself.Â

Bag Tag Design
Nanaimo Disc Golf Club
Artwork and design for the 2026 Nanaimo Disc Golf Club Bag Tags featuring the scenery of Hole 6 at Bowen Park Disc Golf Course in Nanaimo, BC.Â
A disc golf bag tag is a numbered badge players attach to their bag to track friendly competition. Annual club memberships include a bag tag. The tags are issued with a number (e.g. from 1-120+) and reshuffled after each round of disc golf throughout the year. The winner of the round takes the lowest number. #1 is the coveted tag of course! Over time, a low number signals recent wins, while higher numbers invite redemption. At the end of the year, there’s a final club championship tournament to determine the club champion. That person keeps the #1 tag and the whole thing restarts for the upcoming season. Bag tags add some fun, strengthen community, and help fund club events and course maintenance.
The Fellas
Custom disc golf bag tags created for “The Fellas”, a group of discgolfers in Ladysmith, BC. Made from driftwood I collected on a local beach, with scenes from the Parallel Disc Golf Course in Ladysmith. Hand painted in acrylic, finished with resin and beads.
